Standard Issue NOCS
My wife and I both have NOCS. We love using them on our hikes. Birdwatching, animal watching, etc. Easy to use. Lightweight and durable. Would highly recommend!

Poor quality and poor service
I really REALLY wanted to live my nocs. They are colourful, light and well priced. They arrived quickly and I excitedly wore them to the beach to look at the birds. I looked at some ducks and to my surprise they looked neon yellow on one side and neon blue on the other. I then looked through my mother’s binoculars (not nocs) and saw the actual markings of the duck (brown, white, black)… based on the nocs you would think these were topical birds. I looked it up and apparently it is called chromatic aberration and it is not uncommon for binoculars of this price point. So I emailed nocs a week ago and have still not heard back, despite following up a second time. After several days I also left a refund request via the chat bot on the website. I heard back within 2 business days via the chat bot but the support person who responded asked me to provide a photo or video of the issue which I can not provide because the problem impacts the quality of the image itself (I did not purchase the phone adapter that allows you to capture an image through the binoculars. All in all the nocs are cute, seem sturdy and are nice and light but I would not waste your money if you want to do anything with your nocs that requires correctly identifying the true colours of the objects you want to see. If the customer service were better I would consider trying a different model but at this point I just hope to get my money back.
